2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within Australia only
- We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or freight-forwarders (unless specified at checkout).
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- During sale periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer (we will inform you if there’s a delay).

- From time to time when promotion dictates, If you spend over a specified order value — for example, orders over $200 AUD — you qualify for free standard shipping.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send an email confirmation containing your tracking number and courier details.
- You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your parcel until delivery.
6. Delivery & Risk
- Ownership and risk of goods pass to you once the parcel is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
- If you request the courier to “Authority to Leave” (leave parcel without signature), you accept the risk of loss or damage post-delivery.
7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive, is delayed, or arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include your order number, tracking number, and a description/photos of any damage.
- We will work with the courier to investigate, and — depending on the case — offer a replacement shipment or refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, unstaffed addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses (unless explicitly agreed).
