KNIFE SHOP AUSTRALIA is a privately owned business that operates a retail knife shop and sharpening service at Stafford in Brisbane. The sharpening service has successfully operated for many years and is well respected by many chefs, businesses, institutions and householders throughout Brisbane. In 2010 after much encouragement from many of our customers we decided to open a retail knife shop. Our sharpening service handles more than 12,000 knives per annum, so we see the good and the not so good of what is on offer in the market place. We have decided to stock only quality products.
The products we offer to you will stand the test of time and won’t let you down. Both our retail and online shops aim to provide chefs, butchers, hunters, fishing and home enthusiasts quality knives, informed advice, plus great service and value for money.
