Slices like a hot knive through butter
My needs was to be able to make perfect slices of a Pork Roasts with Crackling.
I first looked at electric knives, disappointed with the reviews. I eventually found a recommendation to use a serrated knife and the Japanese make the best.
I selected the Tojiro DP3 Series Bread Knife 21cm for its 3 Layer, High Cobalt Core, High Chrome Sides with a Hardness of 60 HRC. That retains it sharp edge for a long time.
