LION SABATIER OLIVEWOOD SERIES knives are still made in France by French craftsmen using traditional methods. The blade is fully forged from the high quality blade steel, X50CrMoV15. This alloy gives superior edge retention, strength, wear and corrosion resistance. The handles are made from Olivewood, which has a distinctive and attractive grain pattern. They are attached to the full tang blade with stainless steel rivets.
