Laminate Cobalt steel, a convex edge which is both strong and sharp, stainless welded guard and rivets, and an exceptionally beautiful maroon micarta handle that will last as long as the blade. Entirely crafted by hand.
The CMT set includes four knives that are also available separately: a 20.0cm Chefs Knife (Product Code FK-ALPHA), a 15.5cm Santoku (FK-DELTA), a 11.5cm Utility Knife (FK-SIERRA), and a 7.5cm Paring Knife (Product Code FK-ZULU). These knives are also available separately. Presented in four wooden boxes with a window that makes your knives visible even when closed. Classic look, full function.
Please note that these knives are not intended for cutting frozen food or bones. For such heavy tasks we advise a cleaver or saw.
